Artworks of Fort of Knowledge
《Gust of Wind》
Created by artist Paul Cocksedge and his team in the UK and assembled in Tainan by the Hu’s Art team, Gust of Wind depicts the imagery of paper soaring on the wind. This symbolizes the circulation of knowledge and the freedom of reading, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in a lighthearted and inspiring literary atmosphere.
《Time.Being》
Designed and crafted by artist Shyu Ruey-Shiann, Time.Being features a dynamic steel framework that portrays the unique flow of time. A gracefully moving quill pen and rhythmically shifting books express profound reflections on life, time, and existence, creating a visually compelling narrative.
《Book Reading←→Travel Through Time》
Created by artist Tsai Chieh-Hsin, this installation uses whimsical creatures to represent the convergence of different time periods. It symbolizes how books carry history and imagination, allowing readers to journey through the past, present, and future.
Hu’s Art warmly invites everyone to step into this City of Knowledge and experience the endless inspiration brought by books and art!
